Atlas Promotes Karl Siebrecht to President
SEATTLE – June 19, 2006 – Atlas, a provider of digital marketing technologies and expertise, and an operating unit of aQuantive, Inc. (NASDAQ: AQNT), today announced the promotion of Karl Siebrecht to president.
“Karl is a very strong business leader who has been with Atlas since its inception in a variety of key leadership roles. Most recently, Karl Siebrecht served as senior vice president and general manager of Atlas Enterprise. He has been with aQuantive since 1999, holding leadership roles in analytics, product management, business strategy and operations. Prior to joining aQuantive, Siebrecht was a manager for strategic marketing and private equity transactions at Bain & Company, a strategic consulting firm in Boston. Prior to that, he served four years in the United States Navy as a diving officer.
Siebrecht earned a Master of Business Administration degree with honors from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University.

Ona Karasa resigned as the president of Atlas to commence a medical leave of absence effective June 19, 2006.
